No matter the stage of your business, having someone who has the knowledge, wisdom and experience to advise you can save an untold amount of time and grief. They have walked through both success and failure, failure often being the greater teacher of the two.

To discuss the value of sage mentorship and admitting failure, I (Daniel) have with me Doug Edge, COO of Reproduction Specialty Group and owner of Edge Marketing, Inc. Doug shares rebounding from bubble bursts, learning from failure, and choosing true partners. He also addresses the importance of not hiding your blind spots and giving people the freedom to push back against you.

“Knowing when it’s okay to say ‘This has to end now. I have to stop the madness’... and completely set aside this one dream… that allows you then to have that clarity to find that next thing.” -- Doug Edge
