Most people are resistant to change. We simply don’t like it. We want things to be how they’ve been and disruptions and difficulties are viewed as setbacks. But what if change and pivoting are opportunities in disguise? What if they are the very catalyst needed to prompt your next great thing?

To talk about his experiences with change I (Daniel) invited Jeff Boller, owner of Vision One Real Estate and one of the founders of Reeliti.com. Jeff shares about surviving the real estate bubble of 2008 and current changes on the horizon. We discuss being time driven, not getting mired in details, and focusing on the proper things for ROI. Jeff also shares some sage wisdom regarding pivoting, reframing opportunities, and priming for change.

Change can be a great thing. You just have to set your mind differently. You have to look at it as an opportunity and not as a disruption.

Jeff grew up on the East Coast in Maryland and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Business degree in Marketing. After several years in the corporate world, and a move to Indiana from Chicago, he decided to make his interest in real estate a new career. Growing up with a Mom who had her own Brokerage in MD and buying his first house in Greenville, SC at age 25 were the catalyst behind this decision. He started with Coldwell Banker and then branched out on his own establishing Vision One Real Estate in 2016! Since then he has made Personal Investments in Fix-n-Flips, Long Term Rentals and Shorter Term BNB's.

Currently, Jeff is working on building his new venture, Reeliti.com, a technology-driven approach to real estate investing. Reeliti is designed to help the average real estate investor buy other good assets that appreciate and create cash-flow.

Along with his businesses, Jeff and his wife Paula are heavily involved in their church, Northview Christian Church, and Jeff is the Founder of the USC Indy Alumni Chapter (Go Gamecocks!). He also emcees events, is an Elected Official as a Precinct Committeeman, and is an alumnus of the Westfield Police Citizens Academy.
