In this episode, I (Kyle) interviewed Curt Whitesell, the Owner of WKRP Indy Real Estate and a franchise owner of Greek Pizza, about niching for success. Curt talked about the value of indispensability and being highly specialized. He also opened up about going to zero, not selling to people, living groundhog day, and working the hardest for yourself as a nice guy.
